Hari Kishan Mangle is living in a small city Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India. He was an animal lover from his childhood days. At that time, he used to spend last penny of his pocket money on animal welfare. In June 2001 while he was on the way to his office, he saw a female puppy screaming in pain on road. Many of peoples are on this way but no one have a look on this tiny kid.
Without hesitating he picked up that puppy and took her to the Vet Clinic. Kid is suffering for Parvo disease but after regular treatment that puppy is fine. He named her Laliya and later she was adopted by her family. However, he also paid the price for his kindness when his company terminated him for being late to the important meeting.
This incident has a deep impact on his life, and he has so many sleepless nights. One thing that disturbs her a lot is “How can someone leave a tiny kid on road for dying in pain”. He decided to help each and every animal and not to leave any animal in distress.
In 2004 he got married with Barkha, who is also an animal lover himself from his childhood days.
